I am a third generation Colorado native and have lived in the Southwest Denver Metro Area my entire life, which helps me offer a more local perspective. My interest in real estate was sparked when my husband and I purchased our first home more than 25 years ago. This interest grew into a passion over the years, as we bought and sold different homes and eventually began investing in rental properties. Prior to beginning a career in real estate, I spent over 30 years in banking and conducting various types of accounting and financial analysis. My understanding of the financial services industry and financial analysis skills enable me to carefully watch the details of a real estate transaction and help ensure a smooth and pleasant home buying or selling experience for my clients.
